Introduction to
KOS Energy
KOS Energy is a private Oil & Gas company currently raising capital at $0.50 per share ($5000 minimum and maximum investment is negotiable). KOS has accumulated a large land position in oil producing regions of Kentucky and achieved early drilling and workover success.
This region has seen little application of seismic and the goal of KOS is to take these proven regions where the gov't estimates only 20% of the oil has been recovered and apply new exploration science from a Kentucky University (using a combination of seismic, satellite, & geochemistry).
In addition, we will advance research and apply our new jet drilling technology which could dramatically increase recoverable oil reserves. The cost is dramatically lower than a Frac but holds tremendous promise for increasing recoverable reserves and production rates on older stripper wells and new vertical wells below 4000 feet. As it is proven throughout Kentucky, our goal is to consider its application through joint venture in regions like Saskatchewan, North Dakota, and Montana.
Participation in financing at this early stage of growth will advance drilling of new wells, workovers with the new jet drilling tool, and exploration science. KOS has a very strong shareholder base with little stock outstanding and we are managing share structure very carefully with the objective of going public when appropriate or paying out regular dividends once a certain point of production is achieved.
As production grows into 2009, the $0.50 level of financing will no longer be made available and any subsequent rounds of financing (if required) would be based on increased production levels and growth opportunities for the new jet drilling technology). If you have questions or would like to participate in a ground floor opportunity with tremendous growth potential (and return on investment), please contact the CEO here for a subscription agreement.
